Follow lesson plans provided by the teacher to create a consistent learning experience for the students. Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each student. As well as adapt to my environment depending on the campus I am assigned to. I have substituted for ages 5-18.

My previous employer BPL Plasma had a change in ownership. During this time period I was re-training for the same duties listed for BPL Plasma.

As receptionist we screen donors to ensure they are healthy and meeting FDA requirements prior to donating plasma. As a designated trainer, I teach new employees the procedures for the center and help them grow in the community. As a reception supervisor, it is my responsibility to oversee the area and make sure we are providing the best customer service possible. I also was cross-trained in other areas of the center. I trained as a phlebotomist, which I worked as for one year. As well as trained as a Laboratory Technician where I processed plasma bottles for one year.
