- Since September 2023 - present, carry out various duties that are assigned to Pediatric Team Lead while current Pediatric Team Lead serves as Interim Director of Rehab for WMCG. These duties include managing daily pediatric staffing needs, handling insurance questions/authorizations, assisting with difficult/challenging situations in clinic setting and supervising/orienting new staff, students and volunteers.
- Consistently serve in supervisory role for occupational therapy staff to include therapists and COTA.
- Work closely with upper-level rehab management to monitor patient satisfaction and performance standards.
- Provide therapy services to multitude of pediatric patients, varying in age, diagnoses, and/or complexity. Serve as experienced clinician that is able to provide high level of care, even for the most challenging cases.
- Work closely with outpatient and inpatient therapy teams, first as colleague, and in recent months, in more of a supervisory role.
- Serve as public relations representative for pediatric rehab department on multiple television and/or radio opportunities (i.e Radiothon, Miracle Monday highlighting patient and new "Sensory Room").
