- My first two years at Scotbilt I deep cleaned, Caulked, and painted manufactured homes.
- My last 3 years I was promoted to a Lead position right outside the plant where the home is getting RTS ( ready to ship). I helped with quality control. (red tagging manufacture homes finding any flaws, defects, or anything damaged in the homes.
- Radioing employees to come fix anything damaged and making sure everything got worked off and completed correctly.
- I had 4 cleaning girls and 2 painters outside with me catching my tags making sure everything is cleaned and no paint spots missed on the walls.
- I also helped the girls with cleaning and painting. If there was something I could do I went ahead and did it myself to save time.
