Youth Development

• Met and maintained grant requirements for multiple programs and oversaw staff that implement those programs across multiple counties.
• Provided discussion based instruction to youth in schools, disciplinary alternative campuses, and juvenile probation.
• Facilitated student intake and screenings(ACES, PHQ-9, etc), and oversaw maintenance of student data for programs.
• Recruited school districts as implementation sites and fostered relationships with school staff.
• Trained in facilitation, Youth Mental Health First Aid, CPR and First Aid, FERPA, HIPPA, and over 120 hours of prevention training.

Coalition Work

• Spearheaded public awareness campaigns to educate parents, educators, and community members about risks of teen substance use.
• Engaged with youth and community members through outreach and mobilization efforts to prevent and address substance use issues.
• Fostered and maintained collaborative relationships with community members to amplify coalition impact.
• Surpassed grant measures for two years.

• Recruited, interviewed, and trained 250-300 volunteers each program year.
• Coordinated schedules and skill sets to match volunteers with opportunities best suited to them.
• Taught students in all subjects but specialized in reading intervention and literacy.
