  • Handle customer refunds, complaints, re-cook orders, phone calls, and breaking change

  • Keep an eye on the labor percentage and send people home when labor is too high
  • At the end of the night lock all doors and have others clean up and put food away then sweep, mop and wipe down the lobby and kitchen appliances while I take all the cash drawers out of the registers and count them individually
  • Enter data into the office computer to make sure all cash earned is accounted for
  • Leave each drawer with a set amount of cash and coins and return to the registers
  • All profits are counted and added into the store deposit bag which I sign, date, seal, and lock in the safe
  • Count and write down all inventory then enter into the computer
  • Complete nightly routine checklist and paperwork then turn off building lights.
