I am passionate about supporting students with disabilities and helping create school environments where every student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. As a Student Services Coordinator, I work closely with students, families, educators, and related service providers to coordinate special education services, facilitate the IEP process, ensure compliance with IDEA and state regulations, and support collaborative decision-making that promotes positive student outcomes. I believe that strong relationships, open communication, and teamwork are the foundation of meaningful student success. I earned my Master of Education in Teacher Leadership from Spalding University in 2024 and completed the Teacher Leader Collaborative in 2026, experiences that strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my commitment to educational equity and student advocacy. As I continue to grow professionally, I plan to expand my expertise in special education law and leadership while pursuing a doctoral degree focused on special education leadership. My long-term goal is to create an agricultural community where young adults with disabilities can develop vocational skills, build independence, and thrive in meaningful careers and fulfilling lives.
