Participation
I currently participate in the Ohio Health Emergency Department’s Clinical Focus Group, where I am head of Maternal Hypertension focused task member and education. I contribute to the emergency rooms' pediatric-focused tasks and education. I dedicate time to our Governance team and am head of ER’s Book Club, where we read and discuss team-associated and educational books for our department. I also am part of the Charge Nurse and Clinical Leads where I attend a few times a month and act as a weekend Charge nurse.

I have been acknowledged several times for completing over 84 Blood Culture sets in a row with no contaminations. Along with completing our Sepsis Bundle in under three hours.
