Ashley Beach

I am currently a Strategist II Special Education Teacher at Allamakee Community School District. I have been in this position for the last four years. In this position, I have developed and implemented Individualized Education Programs, worked closely with general education teachers, families, and paraprofessionals. I have implemented behavior intervention plans, researched and implemented new curriculum, and played a role in multiple committees in the district.

I have organized transportation for my students between school buildings as well as provided them with an opportunity to get out into the community and attend an adaptive PE class at Luther College.

I have worked closely with the AEA by working with speech, occupational, and physical therapists. I have also worked closely with members of the Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
