Increase HDM's to homebound seniors in both York and Chester County, while serving to the most valuable homebound seniors in the area.
Oversee 6 senior centers that YCCOA receives funding to operate. This includes all sign in sheets, rosters, meal temperatures, calendars, lunch money sheet, and lunch money.
Oversee and monitor the site managers training and required certifications
Improved efficiency with strategic planning and time management practices for the home delivered meal routes in York County including York, Clover, Fort Mill, ad Rock Hill both hot and frozen meals.
Plan, implement, facilitate, and carry out all games and activities at the Highland Park Senior Center.
Plan and oversee community outreach programs for the seniors such as Easter Baskets, Christmas Presents, and Hygiene Bags given throughout the year to our homebound clients.
YCCOA contracts with SC Medicaid in order to provide meals to their clients. I oversee the Home Delivered Meal Program for our CLTC clients.
Talk with members of the community when they need assistance for their older adult family member or friend.
Refer members of the community to resources that might help them or a loved one.
Maintain the service quality and help to improve service quality
Return phone calls and emails to members of the community, other agencies employees, other social workers in the community, family and friends who call about the services offered at YCCOA, and volunteers.
Oversee Mileage Reimbursement for the HDM's Volunteers
