  • Work in conjunction with the Program Manager and Human Resources Department to recruit, interview, hire and train new staff.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and monitoring of staff as assigned, to include Alternative Sentencing Court (ASC), Co-Responders, Intersection to Care (ITC) Program, Mobile Crisis Program, Competency Evaluation and Restoration program, and After-Hours Clinicians.   • Obtain CIT Certification and work in conjunction with the Topeka Police Department and Shawnee County Jail to facilitate Crisis Intervention Team trainings.
  • Attend community meetings, provide trainings and presentations as requested.
  • Provide on-call coverage for 24/7 CIS staff on a rotating basis.
  • Provide clinical services as back-up to both crisis and intake. This includes completion of adult assessments, crisis contacts, and mental health intakes.
