• Managed voter registration and voter contact projects, clients, national directors, budgets, and created strategic campaign plans to recruit new business for political field and organizing campaigns.
• In 2024, oversaw 15 large-scale campaigns registering voters in Michigan, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania and voter contact campaigns in Michigan and North Carolina. In North Carolina alone we knocked on over 1.25 million doors.
• In 2022, oversaw 18 campaigns for the midterm election cycle registering 14,810 new voters, restoring voting rights of 125 people, knocked 1,442,520 doors, and contacted 312,771 voters in Arizona, California, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C., & Wisconsin.
• In 2021, managed multiple voter contact campaigns and clients in Arizona to protect voting rights, in the Virginia state elections, and tested door-to-door polling in Virginia for the DNC. Hired and trained new Project Directors.
• In 2020, oversaw all of the campus voter registration programs in Arizona, Michigan, North Carolina, & Pennsylvania as well as large voter contact campaigns in Michigan and North Carolina General Elections.

• Organizer for the Restore Your Vote campaign for Campaign Legal Center focusing on voter rights restoration in West Tennessee May - Aug 2019.
• Deputy Director for Planned Parenthood Virginia PAC working to flip the State Senate and Retain the House of Delegates; managed a team of 45 canvassers Aug - Nov 2019
• Lead Organizer for Restore Your Vote with Campaign Legal Center to create automatic restoration for people with previous convictions in Iowa; managed 2 Organizers Nov - Jan 2020
• Statewide Organizer for MoveOn Reject The Cover-Up organizing campaign mobilizing Arizonans around the Impeachment Trial of Donald Trump and urging Martha McSally to listen to constituents; managed 1 Organizer Jan - Feb 2020
• Organizing Director for a campaign to register and activate college voters in Arizona, Michigan, & Pennsylvania for Everytown for Gun Safety; managed 6 Organizers Feb - July 2020

• Canvassing and house visits of local warehouse employees
• Out-of-state digital and physical recon, mapping political landscape, etc.

• Canvassed to inform district 33 community of the upcoming State Senate race and Katrina Robinson
• Assisted with training new canvassers and turf planning
• Informed the campaign manager of voter responses to messaging which informed the candidate's messaging.

• Non-profit administration and operations
• Created curriculum and facilitated public and private anti-oppression and community organizing skills trainings and workshops.
• Assisted with the founding and operations of the Memphis Community Bail Fund as a board member representing the Mid-South Peace & Justice Center.

• Managed 20 staff and was acting General Manager for 7 months.
• Handled payroll, reports, deposits, inventory, logistics, recruitment, filing, and invoicing for the theatre.
• Coordinated quarterly marketing events, wrote press releases, and created marketing portfolios for each event.
