Control access to and the distribution of documented information
· Ensure documents are legible, identifiable, available, protected from damage or loss, loss of confidentiality, improper use of loss of integrity
· File, store, retain, dispose documents in accordance with the applicable guidelines
· Maintain Document Library
· Manage retention of completed procedures
· Communicate WebEDMS reviews and overdues, at least monthly, to Facility Leader and personnel
· Monthly review of links in WebEDMS, addressing any broken links
· Ensure all displayed signage in facility represents updated information
