I have over 20 years of experience. Consistently sought out by multiple departments for the ability to assess scenarios and quickly resolve client issues and/or develop “outside the box” workarounds for clients thereby minimizing potential data loss and hardware/software down-time. I strive to train, instruct, and instill the same values into those that surround me in an ongoing effort to elevate performance, morale, and client and technician satisfaction. An attention to detail and documentation so that solutions are efficient and easily repeatable. Documentation accuracy decreases questions and increases trust from my leadership and peer team. From this documentation detailed training material and guidelines are developed to cultivate best practices for resolutions. Additionally, continuous relationship development with research and development positively impacts hardware and software enhancements and minimizes software defects. Where these defects emerge the solutions that are produced also positively benefit future releases of both hardware and software.
