  • As a Label Coordinator, I oversee creating all the labels for our treats. I utilize my math skills in calculating the correct ingredients so that the labels are a correct representation of the product. I also proofread all of the guaranteed analysis that come back from the lab for each product. Also, I oversee the production lines in assessing that they are labeling all products correctly. As an Office Assistant, I help the production manager oversee all parts of the warehouse including packing, kitchen, and decoration. Part of helping the production manager also includes entering information into our SAP program summarizing daily productivity for each warehouse position. I am also in charge of all Key Account orders. I make sure each order is put together and sent out correctly so that no problems arise during shipping. Another job I have is assisting our logistics manager and warehouse manager when it comes to sorting, organizing, and shipping out certain orders.

  • My jobs included being a server, server assistant, hostess, to-go assistant, and grill cook. As a server/to-go assistant, I made sure customers were taken care of to the best of my abilities and had everything they needed to have an enjoyable dining experience. As a server assistant, I stood in the food window and set trays up for other servers. I made sure each tray(s) had everything they need for everyone at the table. I also made sure hot food was hot and cold food was cold and that the food was cooked the correct specifications of the customer. Being a hostess, I made sure that every customer was immediately greeted with a smile and that they were seated to their accommodations and waited on in a timely manner. In my position as a grill cook, I learned to cook the food at the correct temperatures for the correct amount of time. I was also in charge of reading multiple tickets and making sure each one received the correct food. Other duties I enjoyed were teaching new employees how to be a shining star of the company.
