Digital Library Internship Program, Fall 2012

University of Houston, Houston, TX

Participated in internship at the M.D. Anderson Library as a requirement for Senior Capstone. The internship included working in three areas of the digital library including digitization, metadata, and project management. Specifically, work on providing metadata for the Oral Histories from the Houston History Project which included both audio and visual materials and digitization of historical documents by scanning early documents from Texas history.
