Experienced learning leader skilled in working with students from Kindergarten to sixth grade in an after-school setting. Utilizes interpersonal communication to assist students with homework, reading, and writing skills. Proficient in leading enrichment activities tailored to different grade levels, such as teaching about Jackie Robinson and guiding upper graders in creating essays and mosaics. Implements a variety of enrichment activities to foster student growth and curiosity, while promoting teamwork through physical activities, stretches, and group games.
