I have the important responsibility of overseeing the production line which includes meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards while also playing a key role in team member training. I ensure that the line runs smoothly and meets production targets, while also taking charge of training new team members on their roles, tasks, and safety procedures. By providing guidance, instructions, and hands-on demonstrations, I help them understand the processes and requirements of their job.

As a machine operator at Tyson Foods, my primary role was to operate and maintain machinery involved in the food processing or packaging process. I ensure that the machines were set up correctly, monitor their performance, and make adjustments as needed to maintain smooth operations.

In this role, my primary responsibility is to ensure proper packaging and processing of meat products. This includes tasks such as sorting, weighing and packaging the product.
