As a personal shopper i am constantly working to fulfill the online orders here at HEB in a timely manner. This job has helped me work on my customer service skills as well as teaching me to work well under pressure.

• Answered phone promptly and directed incoming calls to correct offices.
• Greeted incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance.

At this job i helped clean and set up the rooms for the patients as well as sanitize and put away tools. I occasionally answered the phones as the receptionists didn’t speak Spanish. This job taught me so many thing as it was my first job and i learned so much so quickly.
