Safety Chairman

I am currently the Safety Chairman for the entire sawmill plant of over 400 employees. I coordinate and run safety meetings, create agenda, direct projects for the safety committee, and oversee the overall safety for the plant. I conduct monthly audits of various sections of the complex, inspecting and addressing any safety or environmental hazards or concerns. I work directly with management and assist and address any safety concerns brought by fellow employees or management. Assisted and helped manage the corporate safety audit for 2022 and directly brief Upper Management monthly of the plant's safety success and actions to improve any gaps.

Training and Volunteer Work
