  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, leading creative direction, pricing, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations for a $1m quota. The result within 8 months was $3M personally with US projects and assisting with another $5M totaling $8M globally.
  • Designed and rolled out complete sales frameworks for an 8-person team within the US and London, which directly resulted in a $8M profit margin of 30%+ across all projects.

As Director of Product Expansion, I developed a new division of eSpeakers Marketplace dedicated to helping professionals, in business and the event space, hire speakers beyond the stage as consultants, trainers, podcast hosts, emcees, etc.

  • Successfully launched three unique and ready to sell products now available within eSpeakers’ Marketplace product to increase sales on each contract.
  • Initiative core goal was to increase overall revenue by 16% over 2 years, actual results were 16% within the first 5 months, with a 33% increase within year one.
  • Pre-Launch: Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences including instituting core KPIs
  • Pre & Post-Launch with customers, speakers, Marketplace sales, and the eSpeakers’ senior leadership to ensure consistent and accurate communication.

  • Average sales increase over an 18 month contract was 20% for franchise clients such as Subway and ActionCOACH. With top results from working with master licensees to increase franchise location sales, one campaign resulted in an 1,325% lead increase equating to 8.6M in sales and an incredible, award-winning new franchise team in Canada.
  • Average increase in event organizer sponsor dollars was over 45% with one client, the National Speakers Association increasing their sales by over 600%, earning them $500k vs their normal $80k in just 9 months.
  • Average increase in corporate sales was a consistent 12%+ YoY, with brands like West Jet and Padgett Accounting.
