  • I have built and maintained a sales territory for Muleshoe vet supply. It consists of a general 150 mile circle relative to Muleshoe Texas. I focus primarily on grow yards and background yards, but deal with cow calf operations, wheat pasture and grass stocker operations, as well as a couple large commercial finish feedyards. Before me building this route and this business capture for MVS, their business model was virtually 100% dairy focused. I have since made up around 25% of MVS gross sales in the beef industry, accounting for $6-$8 million in yearly sales.

  • I was over the entirety of the cattle department for Texas beef feeders, Texas beef yard, between Sunray and Dumas Texas. I had anywhere from 10-15 employees under my leadership. I managed the cowboy crew, processing crew and doctoring crew. I also did all the fat cattle sorting ahead of show list preparation.

  • I managed the cattle department for Hale Center Feed yard, and handled all cattle shipping and receiving. I had typically 15 employees under my lead within the cowboy crew, doctoring crew and processing crew. I also assisted with the fat cattle sorting with the corporate show list placement agents. I was responsible for receiving all in coming cattle, scoring them in, running break evens, pen placement as well as processing and revaccination/re-implant protocols. I also scheduled shipping for the finished cattle.
