-Traveled to Indiana plant to help organize and standardize production
-Trained and Mentored Supervisors and Lead Technicians standards, lean management
-Traveled back to Indiana to work with a struggling assembly team that could not reach daily numbers, overtime was extremely high, turn over had increased drastically, and supervisor walked out
-Within two weeks able to get the line running daily volume, decreased customer call ins by 45%, and able to take a team from 12 hours to 8 hours
