Compounding experience in the haz, and non-haz room with tablets- ground powders, thyroids, capsules, and fastbursts, the rotary room punching larger batches and a single station tablet punch for thyroids. Inventory management. An understanding with following company S.O.P's. Helping in training new staff in lab.

Implemented a rotation with former fulfillment techs to establish a well rounded knowledge of filling haz, non-haz to the runs on the kirby. Attention to detail when filling for day supply calculations, lot requests, and split lots. Managing time and workflow making adjustments when needed. Managing staff with workflow expectations for the day, for filling, assembly, pick ups, cleaning logs and temp logs. Communicating when workflow needed a change of pace, recognizing when one side needed more attention or when we needed help in shipping. Trained new hires in both fulfillment and shipping. Filled in as lead when needed. Helped with the triage process. Adjusting inventory, and destruction process.

Shipping- managed work flow on when shipping was needed to be done and when packaging needed to be done. Went through several different changes and processes from USPS, Fed-Ex, to UPS. Attention to detail, effectively communicating when there was incorrect shipping information to triage. Effectively worked on time management to get the most packages out correctly each day. Tracking and managing in Lifefile each step that the prescription has gone through.

In both fulfillment and shipping inventory experience, ordering supplies, finding suppliers when COVID happened.
