• Participated in hands on introduction and check in with each pet and Pet parent going over the specific wants and needs of the pet parent and communicating the specifics of what we are able to do and what is best,most safe and what we are able to do for the pet educating the pet parent on specific needs on how to maintain the pets coat.

• Taking detailed notes of the overall experience of working with the pet. Including the well being of the pets over all health condition, behavior and safety protocols that the particular pet needs, as well as notes including the specific information on what was done on the pet that day.
• Using team work, working with and helping other co workers when help is needed.

*Cleaning and taking care of a clean work place. Washing down kennels, sterilizing tables, tubs floors and grooming equipment.

*Speaking directly to clients checking them in and out. Assuring the clients wants and needs were heard as well as educating them on any particular thing that was found by us as professionals to assure the safety, health and well being of the pet, to be able to give them the best outcome possible.

*Taking detailed notes to document any and all experiences and information about the pet you were caring for.

*Keeping a clean and safe work environment. Cleaning kennel, our work space, tubs,floors and our equipment.

*Communicating with customers about their pets haircut,coat,skin health as well as any other health or behavioral issues that would effect the grooming process.
