Summary

Dynamic EMT and EMS Clinical Lab Instructor with a proven currently at Big Tree FD and Erie County EMS. Previously employed at AMR/Rural Metro since receiving my EMT certification in 2011 resulting in 13 1/2 years of commercial EMS there. I took my basic EMT after a year of being CFR and CPR certified. Expert in critical decision-making and compassionate care, significantly enhancing team performance and student comprehension. Skilled in safe driving and calm under pressure. Taking the time to insure quality safe patient care is the top priority while being kind and sympathetic towards the patients and public. I hope to continue to training the next group of providers in this high stress environment to hopefully help job turnover and mental health of future providers to make a better working environment. I hope I can share my passion for pre hospital emergency medicine as my plan is to advance my training to paramedic in the close future.
