  • Executive Coaching, Experienced coaching to corporate level leaders within a Highly Reliable Organization (HRO) of 22,000 associates throughout the state of Colorado. Including communication coaching, incident response, and problem solving with different stake holders. Expertise in utilizing the coaching approach to leadership and providing 1:1 and group trainings on how to utilize this approach with a diverse leadership group.
  • Counseling Knowledge, Experienced child and family therapist utilizing evidence based cognitive treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Counseling in both Out Patient setting as well as Intensive In-Home setting.
