Provides support and/or absence coverage to transplant financial coordinators in one or more solid organ programs, including Heart, Lung, Kidney, Pancreas and Liver transplant.
Meets weekly with Transplant Committee for financial updates. Provides education to transplant team.
Provides assistance to patients, family members, external healthcare related companies, coworkers and other Health System departments to resolve billing issues/concerns.
Refers to financial counseling
