
I am a foodie for life. It is has literally been my life's work and passion. Every time I have tried to walk away I'm literally drawn right back. I have 20 years experience from hotels, restaurants, catering, and more corporate settings like my career at Walmart where I also managed to now Sheetz where I currently work as a Supervisor. I am have great knowledge of how to prepare, produce, and execute pretty much any type of cuisine based on cooking methods, origins, and demographics. I consider myself to be a worldly eater. I understand spices and appreciate other cultures cuisine. I can create a menu from beginning to end as well as its drink pairings and desserts to appease anyone no matter the client or location.
