Additional Information
I respect everyone with whom I come in contact. There is respect between my residents because there is no other way to treat others, especially the elderly. Also, I do my best to complete all tasks because I am taking care of a human being. I think to myself that these residents depend on the help every day thus they depend on the person working the shifts, so I always do my best for them not to worry such as not worrying about how they will get dressed if no one were to come.
