As a produce clerk my job is to make sure the load that comes in is broken down and placed properly to it's designated area of refrigeration or display placement. During display refills I help customers locate their produce necessities and pick out produce as to what they think is best for them. I prefer to extend my hand further and introduce them to newly ripening fruit by providing samples. This exceeds customer satisfaction to continue frequent shopping and benefiting the company.

As a security officer I have learned to patrol on foot and vehicle around the perimeter for hours making sure all doors are secured and patrons feel safe while they enjoy mall activities. During patrol I was able to assist and liaise with customers and employees within difficult situations from miscommunication. Soon I was promoted to dispatch where I provided excellent customer service by phone and walk-ins. As a dispatcher I created easy access for my colleagues to respond smoothly and swiftly to any incoming situations from patron/tends intervention to collaboration with emergency services.
