Accomplishments

  • As being a leasing agent for almost two years, I have been certified as a regional leasing agent due to being to traveling to OKC, Marble Falls, and San Antonio to our lease up properties.

Acceleration of Skills

This is my fourth year in Property Management,

Throughout this time, I have gained so much potential and strength in my skill, knowledge, and assets. I always have the drive for growth for not only myself, but my team and property. Being a team player has gotten me where I am today with my experiences and opportunities. From the beginning, I started as leasing and shortly became the number one leasing agent in my company. That being said, Management soon decided that they wanted me to shine at all lease ups from Oklahoma City, Austin, Marble Falls, San Antonio, and Conroe. Our beloved owner sadly passed away, but I wanted to remain loyal to our company, so I was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Over half of our company joined a new Management company known as Emerge Living where I became their Floating Manager for Corporate Office. All properties were listed as Class B lease ups between Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and The Woodlands. I then desired more of a secure property to call my home and a company who had more structure not being as new. Greystar then reached out to me to start as an Assistant at The Madison at City Place, twenty days after I started, they then moved me to Property Manager to perform the rest of my duties and accelerate this property. Property Management is my absolute dream job, I love working with my teams and creating a system for a successful, positive, and enjoyable environment.
