I am a U.S. Army supply and logistics professional with three years of experience in inventory management, property accountability, supply operations, documentation, and team coordination. I currently serve as a Specialist and have been trusted with leadership responsibilities within my company. I am pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management at American Military University and will graduate in December 2027. I also hold an Associate degree in General Studies from Barton College, along with certifications as a Registered Behavior Technician and Pediatric Dental Assistant. I bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, accountability, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow across different areas of an organization.
My name is Ashley Lynette Penaloza. I am currently serving in the United States Army and have three years of experience working in supply and logistics. My responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, tracking equipment and supplies, coordinating logistics, and helping ensure that materials are available when they are needed. I have also taken on additional leadership responsibilities within my company, which has strengthened my ability to organize work, communicate with others, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
I completed my Associate degree in General Studies at Barton College in May 2025. I am currently continuing my education at American Military University, where I am halfway through my Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management. I will graduate with my bachelor’s degree in December 2027. My education and military experience are helping me build the knowledge and practical skills I want to use throughout my career.
I also have professional training outside of logistics. I earned my Pediatric Dental Assistant certificate in 2019 and my Registered Behavior Technician certificate in 2022. These experiences taught me how to work professionally with children and families, follow detailed procedures, communicate clearly, maintain documentation, and work with individuals who have different needs.
My active-duty military service is scheduled to end on October 30, 2026, and I plan to continue serving in the Army National Guard in Orlando, Florida. I want to take the discipline, accountability, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills I have developed through my experience and apply them to a civilian workplace.
I am honored to have the opportunity to bring the experience and values I have gained through my education, military service, and previous professional experiences into a civilian workplace.
Sincerely,
Ashley Lynette Penaloza
