Leadership Experience

After working at Dairy Queen for 3+ years, I was often given a role of leadership during shifts, as there were certain responsibilities that required a degree of experienced. Trusted to train new employees on the job in a productive and kind manner. In group situations I feel that I am comfortable taking lead if necessary especially if others in group do not feel comfortable doing so. Also able to accept other’s leadership with active listening and respect.

Communication Skills

Very comfortable conversing with customers, employees, and employers. Able to listen to and understand the perspectives and needs of others and respond in an appropriate manor. Able to handle emotions in situations of stress and remain polite and calm during any complaint or difficulty.
