  • Provided accurate information about coverages and what could lead to fraud on the insurance life style, go over Home Owners Insurance from HO-1 to Ho-6 prices and different coverage for their home.
  • Explain coverage on Auto policies, what is and what is not cover depending on coverage the client elects. Im responsible to mention every single coverage that we offer and require signature if client decide to denied the coverage due to budget or just feel that do not need it. Signature are require to avoid any misinterpretation further on the road.

  • Im also responsible to go over all new policies after a week taht is been bound and let the sales representative know if a follow up needs to be done otherwise call my self to confirm coverage with client.
  • I process missing payment and make sure to collect signatures for automatic payments.
  • I have to make sure all the data for the clients is up to date confirming DOB, Social and asked securities questions to avoid any type of fraud when filing a claim due to accident either home, auto or life policies.
