  • Assisted 7 medical providers by scheduling 9,900 appointments and procedures, negating twenty-eight million dollars in network deferral costs. Oversaw 46,000 beneficiary patients.
  • Educated nineteen students and validated 467 tasks amongst the students providing 1.3 million dollars in assets for four Major Commands in the United States Air Force.
