Leadership Responsibilities:

• Positive Behavior Intervention Systems Coordinator- overseeing behavior management for school by analyzing data, conducting trainings for teachers on implementation, scheduling and planning events school wide, attending county meetings to share school data and implementation strategies
• Vertical Alignment Coordinator- scheduling monthly meetings with team, creating agenda for meetings, working with administration to establish goals, strategizing with grade level representatives to align curriculum across the grade levels based on recent data
• Hiring Committee- sit in on interviews, ask questions, collaborate with administration and staff members on committee to determine best candidate for our school, completed county training to be accepted to committee
• Leadership Team- Work with administration to establish and carry out goals, facilitate clear communication between team and administration, lead team meetings to communicate goals and compile strategies to meet goals
• School Based Mentor- completed county training for position, observe and assist new teachers to the school, offer guidance with curriculum implementation, data collection, scheduling, organization, and classroom and behavior management skills.
• Technology Committee- Assisting staff members with technical difficulties, communicating with administration about technology needs, evaluating efficiency of technology in the school, working with committee to schedule meetings, organize needed trainings on new platforms, etc.
