I started off as a sales associate in Garage from January to May and got promoted to Operation Associate afterwards. As an Operation Associate i am required to do many things, stock, replenishment, sfs (ship from store) and basically a back up for the floor when needed. I work in the back for most of the time doing boxes that we get daily and back stocking or under stocking everything neatly. i am personally a neat freak, i love to maintain things organized and clean, which is why i enjoy doing stock very much. Through out my shifts i am expected to check sfs for any orders to prepare and process them to get shipped out. Every once a week i am scheduled an early shift to help out a manager ensure accurate inventory counts for over 1,000 items.
As a part-time sales associate in american eagle, greeting customers daily while assessing their needs was a big part of my job. I loved helping customers in finding what they are looking for and simply delivering the ultimate experience. I mainly worked inside the fitting room happily guiding customer through the process of finding their sizes and styles. Especially on busy day i still worked very well under pressure, helping out customers, handling go backs, and making sure the fitting room was clean after every person that went in. I was also cashier from time to time which i very much enjoyed. Always got customers to sign up for our loyalty program and store credit card.
