I am responsible for building a new division that consists of implementing from the ground up an outside sales commercial division covering the state of Indiana for our IT sector. This has entailed me developing go to market sales strategies, building a CRM from scratch, networking to introduce our company to the market, developing a relationship with all of our channel partners and gaining an understanding of how to best to leverage those partnerships to aide our company in crushing our initial goals. In addition, I am responsible for developing the sales executives training programs, career pathway development, and on-going growth programs. Recruiting, product training, ride alongs, training sessions, pipeline review/management are my main focus now along with aiding my team in winning deals. I report weekly to the owner of the company and monthly to our main channel partners.
