Oversee the Youth Employment System (YES) Indy, a multi-million dollar workforce development initiative serving ~600 young adults annually through 10 partner sites, focused on career training, credentialing, and employment outcomes.

• Lead workforce development programs for Opportunity Youth, aligning services with organizational goals and funding requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations using strategic planning and project management skills.
