I have been apart of the sport of jump rope for 19 years. I grew up competing, learning, teaching and performing and I have traveled to 10 different countries to do so. I am a world and national title holder in many events and I have recently started jumping rope professionally with Flight Crew Jump Rope. I have gone on a tour with Cirque Du Soleil, participated in photoshoots in LA, and Performed in Walt Disney World. This sport has taught me so much and has shaped me into the person I am today. I have gained way more than talent like important life skills like hard-work, determination, time management, teamwork, patients and leadership. Like I mentioned above, I have traveled to many places and what I value most about having those travel opportunities is that I was able to learn about so many different cultures and walks of life which I believe is so important because I feel like I understand a wide variety of different kinds of people. I started coaching at a young age as well due to always being the oldest and most experienced on my team. I believe that is where my love for coaching and teaching began because it made me constantly want to set a good example for everyone that was looking up to me and it made me strive to be better and continue to grow.
I started coaching cheerleading at Norton High School 3 years ago and I started out as the Junior Varsity coach. After 1 year I moved up to the head coaching position. I cheered all 4 years of my high school career and I really enjoyed being apart of the program at my high school. When the job was posted I felt like it was time for me to give back to my community and make the cheer program enjoyable, just like my cheerleading coach did for me.

I have been working at Marie's Italian Restaurant since I was 17 years old. I started out as a Hostess and Server Assistant and then once I reached the age of 19 I started serving there. My job is to take orders, serve food and to cash out each customer that I have in my section. Marie's is very popular and I always have 6-10 tables at one time. I have also served banquets of 30+ people.

During my senior year of college, I had to complete my student teaching internship. College can be really hard and while your taking so many difficult classes, it's easy to lose sight of why you picked your field of study. As soon as I entered the classroom and started to observe and start teaching, I knew I made the right choice of going into education. I have always had a passion for teaching and education, but most importantly I have an even stronger passion for people. I love to love people and help them grow. I also love to be a positive role model for others. High school can be such a hard time for kids and my goal was to make sure that every student knew that they matter and that there is a reason for them to be here. I also have a love for mathematics and I was able to show all of this by action while teaching high school students during my student teaching semester.
