Additionally, I prioritize successfully bridging the gap between special education and English learners, ensuring inclusive and effective strategies for diverse student needs.

As the director of the regional professional learning network, I have spearheaded initiatives to foster collaboration among educators, providing a platform for knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
