Summary

An interest in exploring the relationship between restoration and resilience lead me to the practice of massage. As a licensed therapist I offers body work with elements of Sweedish, Thai, Shiatzu, and neuromuscular therapy to facilitate bodily awareness, relaxation, relief, and reintegration.

Prior experiences as a mental health therapist, a volunteer with and advocate for survivors of sex trafficking, a Montessori teacher, and a parent contribute to my capacity for assessing and co-creating plans of care.
