Key responsibilities;
-Coordinates with state excavation notification systems (like Texas 811), contractors, and local excavators to review digging tickets and monitor work near assets.
-Stakeholder & Landowner Outreach: Builds relationships with landowners, educates communities on emergency preparedness, and manages ROW agreements.
-On-Call & Emergency Response: Participates in on-call rotations to respond immediately to line strikes, emergency excavation requests, or unplanned field events.
-Physical & Travel Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), lift up to 50 lbs, and frequently travel to field sites.
-Technical Skills: Knowledge of pipeline safety regulations, GIS/mapping tools, and electronic locating gear.
