- Managed cervical cancer screening program improving overdue list by 60% for 195 patients in three weeks saving over 2K in outsourcing costs and improving preventative medicine for clients.

- Provided care to patients, to include vitals, nebulizer treatments, ear lavages, assisting with minor procedures, IV insertions, education and documentation on patients electronic medical records.

- Team leader for 5 members guiding 1.5K clinic appointments and 4.2K patient encounters. Vital role in 98% patient satisfaction which was a #1 statistic in the Air Force clinics.

- Preceptor 17 students learning to become Medics, dedicating 296 hours and validated over 370 tasks, critical part in preparing medics for completion of job skills training.
