Senior Campaign Manager

  • Monitor live, inactive, and upcoming lines daily to ensure all campaigns are accounted for and accurately up to date in the ad server (GAM)
  • Set up and actively update all campaign details in Air Table to provide an organized view of status, assets, billable server, and maintain direct communication with the PM (Program Manager) and trafficking teams
  • Set up weekly meetings with PMs to discuss pacing, revenue risk, optimization opportunities, missing assets, date revisions, incoming IOs etc.
  • QA tags in Ad Validation to ensure all creatives are to spec and not wrapped with blocking tags or any other pixels that could negatively impact campaign performance
  • Provide final insight reporting to the PMs along with an overview of optimizations made and future recommendations to ensure they have accurate billable data to assist with building their wrap decks, and useful insight to relay to the client
  • Assist in filling out my portion of the billing doc monthly and provide any additional raw reports to the finance/billing team to ensure they have the most accurate data
  • Connect with the other Senior CM bi-weekly to brainstorm and discuss topics, recent findings, new trafficking/optimization techniques, etc to share with & document as a reference for the larger team
  • Make myself available to the other team members as a resource to answer any questions they may have, provide guidance on best practices, and any additional insight as needed


Revenue Operations Analyst

  • Approve/reject orders in Operative to confirm accurate details match what was sold on the final IO (flight dates, impression goals, targeting, etc)
  • Work with CSM (client services management), CM (campaign management), and Sales teams to provide avails/inventory forecasts and negotiate product rates in efforts to build quality, media-mixed plans based on the client's budget
  • Optimize creative/line items in the ad server, GAM(Google Ad Manager), to ensure campaigns stay on pace to deliver in full (Ex: buffering impressions, adding/removing frequency caps, adding/removing additional targeting segments, increasing/decreasing priority, etc)
  • Provide weekly scheduled 1st and 3rd party reports to the CSM teams with clear feedback on campaign pacing, tag tracking, viewability, and delivery
  • Lead weekly meetings with CSM & Sales teams to go over upcoming campaign objectives, KPIs, and current/final delivery numbers
  • Provide monthly campaign/spend reports to finance team for billing purposes (including finalized impressions, clicks, ctr), as well as any additional formulas used to monitor KPIs such as viewability, brand safety, etc.
