Stow:

• Responsible for stocking incoming inventory into robotic pods

Learning Ambassador (Trainer):

• New Hire Onboarding: Guide new associates through their "Day One"
• Process Training & Mentorship: Act as an informal mentor, offering tips and tricks to help associates hit performance rates, improve quality, and avoid common errors.
• Safety & Standard Work: Ensure all trainees understand and strictly adhere to Amazon's safety protocols and standard work procedures

Problem Solve:

• Specialized role within inbound stow dedicated to troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies with incoming inventory. Responsible for fixing all ASIN errors and damaging out products.

Damageland Associate:

• RCRA trained
• Handling damaged and defective items from within the warehouse. Using DPT (Damage Processing Tool) to process, grade, repackage, donate and damage/dispose of product.

IOL (Inventory in odd locations):

• Locating, tracking, and stowing lost or displaced inventory that has fallen off trucks, been misplaced in dead zones, or lingered in the warehouse for more than 24 hours and reconciling incoming inventory trailers.

• Assisted customers with inquiries and product selections to enhance shopping experience.
• Maintained store organization and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Collaborated with team members to achieve daily sales goals and improve service delivery.
