  • I greeted incoming visitors and patients professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance. I helped keep the reception area clean and neat to give visitors a positive first impression.

  • I was effective in utilizing our electronic scheduling system , called Healthwind, to check insurance eligibility, ensure the providers schedules are correct and appointments are accurately scheduled, and update all demographic information at point of scheduling as well as when checking in for an appointment.

  • In February 2023, I was promoted from the front desk scheduling and receptionist position to a chart preparation position. I was able to maintained 11 providers' paper charts daily and prepared 150-200 charts with accurate labels, demographic sheets, paperwork and ensured their insurance eligibility. I worked independently in this role while still answering phone calls, assisting the front desk check-in, scheduling patients, and communicating to peers about any needs.
