B. Instruct children using the purchased Preschool curriculum and as required by school-age care and accreditation/certification guidelines.
C. Complete required assessments. Communicate findings with families regularly, including scheduled conferences with each Preschool family.
D. Execute the program's policies and procedures by anticipating program needs including: selecting, maintaining, and organizing equipment and environment, monitoring staff-to-child ratio, maintaining accurate records, monitoring and ensuring program attendance.
E. Assist in the plan, design and implementation of the Preschool program, including assisting with before and after school setup and leading small group activities as needed.
F. Communicate and establish a rapport with children, building and program staff and parent/families.
G. Administer first-aid and medication as prescribed. Complete incident/accident report forms.
H. Plan and prepare healthy snacks and breakfasts and document breakfast participation.
