  • Responsible for morning start-up and evening shutdowns of equipment including the boiler, air compressor, power, pumps, and valves. Knowledgeable of all shift expectations.
  • Handle regular maintenance of lint traps, shaker screen barrels, oil levels, grease fittings, and water levels.
  • Responsible for completing all general and basic repairs on all machinery.
  • Maintain plant in all areas of maintenance; including plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, etc.
  • Perform and document the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule for all washers, dryers and other machinery throughout the plant.
  • Identify, report and complete all other major repairs that need to be completed on the machinery.
