  • At NCR, I was instrumental in revolutionizing our business approach.   • I redesigned the ATM user experience for Emirates NBD a landmark project. It not only grew a $2.5M account to a robust $12M+ relationship but also showcased NCR's prowess, paving the way for additional contracts globally.
  • For National Bank of Canada, I led a pivotal 'Bank of the Future Transformation', a $100MM project spanning five years. This initiative revolutionized banking experiences, integrating cutting-edge user experience and technology to streamline services and enhance customer engagement.
  • Deep understanding of automation and self-service, I designed the experience and interface of SCO6, which is in-place in retailers such as Walmart, Publix, Michaels, and others.
